Aaron smiled. "Aw, that's cute." He told Rory, either talking about the cat's name or the blushes that he pretended he didn't see. At this point, it wasn't a question whether or not he swung for the same team, it was just a question who was going to make the first move because Aaron was feeling it and there could be something there.

Rory's eyebrows raised slightly. "Really? He then thought he was probably talking about the cat, and quickly covered it up. "Uh, yeah. Avenue's pretty cute but she can be really stubborn. Do you have any pets?" What are you thinking, Rory? Someone that good looking probably has dozens of girls lining up for them. He's not going to fall for you.

Aaron was about to get extremely embarrassed. He never talked about his pet because the only pet he had was a fish. That he named chicken. Wasn't exactly the best thing in the world, but, Rory wouldn't judge. Hopefully. "Yeah, I mean sort of." He said, unsure if a fish was even a real pet. "A fish." He begun. "Named chicken."

A grin spread across Rory's face. "Really? That's so cool. I love watching fish swim, especially at aquariums. There's something about it that's really calming." He couldn't help but stare at Aaron for a moment, taking in all of his features. He really was ~~handsome~~ beautiful.

Aaron hadn't been to an aquarium in years, so he missed the calmness of just watching fish swim. Sometimes they seemed more peaceful than humans. "Totally." He nodded, taking another bite of his sandwich, it was withering away. "Hey are you doing anything after school?" Aaron asked, deciding to make the first move, even though at this point he didn't know if he was on the same playing field as him.

Rory shook his head quickly. "I'm not doing anything." He squeaked. Oh great, Rory, you can literally see the homosexuality radiating off of you. "Um, did you have something in mind?" He asked, trying to be calm even though he was practically shaking with excitement.

Aaron silently screamed a really happy scream deep in the back of his head, and nodded like he was cool. "Cool!" He grinned, trying to think of something they could do. He wasn't sure if it was going to be "fun" or, like, fake fun. Like somewhere they could just have a ton of fun at. "Not really. We could go to the music store, get coffee, or just stay in?" He offered up, not really sure what he was talking about, since they should probably stay in public for now.

Rory squeaked slightly with excitement. "We could go somewhere like Chuck E. Cheddar's, or whatever it is. I mean, if you want. I don't know." He rambled, nervously rubbing his neck. Rory just shut up, you probably look like you're about to have a stroke.

Aaron thought about it for a second. He hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheddars in years, the last time he went was when he finally got over his fear of the mascot mouse thing, so it would be kind of interesting to go back and flaunt his bad ass status in Chuckie's face. "Then Chuck E. Cheddars' it is!" He grinned, really he would've done whatever as long as he got to at least spend a tiny bit more time with Rory, who was really ~~cute~~ cool.

Rory nodded quickly, grinning. "Awesome, I'll meet you there, then?" Alright, Rory. You can do this. Don't fuck this up. He noticed Aaron grinning, causing him to smile even wider. He could already tell this was going to be fun.

Aaron was going to offer to walk with him there after school, but maybe that would've been a little to clingy and creep him out. "Yeah, sounds perfect." He smiled, immediately regretting saying perfect since he sounded gayer than ever. He didn't usually talk to himself in his head but all he heard was his own voice saying, Stupid stupid stupid!

"Alright. I can't wait." He said, smiling at Aaron. Then Rory jumped a little when the bell rang. Students began to pour out of the cafeteria. He looked over at Aaron. "I'll see you then."

Aaron smiled and waved as the bell rang and Rory unfortunately left the cafeteria, but he was half glad he left so he could come out with his burst of excitement that he had been holding in. It definitely looked nothing like this.
